What Photo Lab is

Photo Lab turns photos you upload into studio-quality portraits using AI image generation, configured by the choices you make in our builder (backdrops, wardrobe, lighting, and more). Every order is reviewed by a human before delivery. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Photo Lab.

Your photos and permissions

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use, and only of yourself or of another adult who has given you their permission (for orders covering two people). You may not upload photos of minors, of public figures, or of anyone who hasn't consented.

By uploading, you grant Sameday Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and edit your photos solely to create and deliver your order. That license ends when your files are deleted under our retention policy. We never use your photos or portraits in our marketing without your explicit written permission.

What you own

Once delivered, your finished portraits are yours. Use them anywhere — LinkedIn, company sites, press, print, commercial materials — with no attribution required and no expiration.

Acceptable use

You may not use Photo Lab to create images for government identification documents, to impersonate another person, to mislead or defraud anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or refund any order that we believe violates these terms.

Delivery

Orders placed between 9am and 9pm US Central time are typically delivered within one hour. Orders placed overnight are queued and fulfilled starting at 9am Central. Delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — though we take them seriously.

About AI-generated images

Your portraits are AI-generated interpretations built from your source photos. They are designed to look like professional studio photography of you, and a human reviews every set before it ships — but as with any portrait sitting, individual images may vary slightly from your exact real-world appearance. That's what the revision round is for.

Revisions and refunds

Every order includes one round of revisions. If you're still not happy after revision, our Refund Policy applies — a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Our content

The Photo Lab site, builder, brand, and preview imagery belong to Sameday Studio and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

Photo Lab is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sameday Studio's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of Photo Lab after changes means you accept the updated terms.
