Before you start.
What do I need to send you?
Your logo (any format — a photo of your sign works in a pinch), your phone, email, address and hours, a sentence or two about what you do, and a link to your Google Business Profile. If you have brochures, an old site, or photos of your place, send those too. Ten minutes, from your phone.
I don't have a domain or hosting. Is that a problem?
No — it's the most common situation we see. Tick Domain + Hosting in the intake and we register a domain in your name, host the site on a global network with SSL, and set up email forwarding at your new address. It's a $149 add-on that covers your first year; it renews at $99 a year, domain included. If you already have a domain, Hosting only is $99 a year. If you're keeping a host you already pay for, we'll install the finished site there for $299.
Where does the photography come from?
If you have good photos of your business, we use them. If you don't, we produce brand-matched imagery for you — heroes, services, details — in your palette and your industry, and a designer reviews every image before it goes on the page. For team photos we use your real people, or Photo Lab headshots from a selfie.
What if I don't like it?
You get three directions, so you're choosing rather than hoping. Then one round of tweaks is included on every package — send one list, we apply it. If none of the three is right for your business, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund the package.
What happens to my current website?
Nothing, until you pick a version and say go. Then we either point your domain at the new site on our hosting, or install it on your existing host and retire the old one. Either way your old site stays up until the moment the new one is live.
Do I own the domain and the site?
Yes, both. The domain is registered with you as the owner and you can transfer it anywhere on request (registrars require a 60-day wait after registration). The site is one clean file and an images folder — if you ever leave, we hand it over.
Will it show up on Google?
It's built to. Structured data for your business type, an FAQ section written so AI search engines can quote it, proper titles and descriptions, fast load, and phone-first layout are all standard. Rankings take time and depend on your competition; the technical foundations are done on day one.
Do you build online stores or medical intake forms?
Not in 24 hours. We build sites that bring in calls, bookings, and inquiries. For a store, we'll build you a beautiful site that links to your Shopify. For clinics and law offices, the contact form stays general on purpose — patient or case details need a compliant intake tool, which we can recommend as a separate add-on.
